1.We charge a minimum fee of ₤45 for callout payment will be discussed after booking confirmation.
2.We Only repair in a 5 mile radius around W9 area's of central London.
3.A callout is just a fee for the engineer to test and check the appliances if the issue is minor he will fix it free of charge, if the issue is major he will charge extra depending on the severity and the prices or parts used.
4.To book a callout simply press book Put your information and You will receive either a phone call or an email from one of our customer service agents as soon as possible.
5.Please explain in the email what are the problems you are experiencing so engineers can have a better understanding of what the problem might be.
